Workshop: Black Widow Baby
Black Widow Baby: exploring an aerial spider web: Webs Circus uses a 15-foot aerial spider web as a centerpiece of our show about healing from sexualized violence.
Workshop: Circus as Healing
Circus is great for physical strength, but it can also create mental health benefits. Workshop: Dynamic Choreo on Trapeze
Dynamic choreography can come from placing extremes in direct relationships to each other. Exploring and learning skills where the aerialist moves the trapeze around them and contrasting skills where they move around the trapeze, the students will leave with more tools for choosing articulate and intentional movement in the air.
Workshop: Lyra Spins and Balances
This intermediate-level workshop will focus on finding center in spins and balances, exploring momentum and body mechanics for fast and slow movements.
